McDonald's SALADS are more fattening than their burgers

One Salad with crispy chicken and salad dressing is  equivalent to the grams of fat in 4 hamburgers. McDonald's SALADS are more fattening than their burgers & are also can be the most unhealthy item on their menu.

A hamburger at McDonald's has 9 grams of fat. A cheeseburger has 12 grams of fat. The Premium Caesar salad with crispy chicken has 17 grams of fat. The Premium Southwest Salad with crispy chicken and the Premium Bacon Ranch Salad with crispy chicken both have 20 grams of fat. Here's their nutrition chart for furthur info: http://nutrition.mcdonalds.com/usnutritionexchange/nutritionfacts.pdf

  1. Grams of fat =/= the actual fat you gain on your body. The amount of calories determines how much weight you gain. I'm so tired of people confusing what really makes you fat with what doesn't.

McDonalads hamburgers and basic salads are no more than 200 calories, which is the same amount in diet frozen foods. This should not be shocking to anyone.
