World's Oldest Bra

 

 Austrian archeologists at the University of Innsbruck said that the brassieres date from the 1400s. That makes their use far earlier than previously thought. Until now, historians had documented early examples of bras back to the 1800s.

 

The 600-year-old undergarments were first discovered in 2008, but carbon dating and further research was required to ensure the assorted lingerie was legit.

Also found, a pair of lingerie type underwear from the middle ages.
