Do you suffer from Alexithymia

 

I initially had no idea that there was a word for this. It effects so many people, some of which are reading this post as of now. It even effects me to a certain extent. Do you have this, do you know anyone who's like this, is there a point in time where you had difficulty describing what you feel to others, for others. When someone ask you are you okay.....do you say " I'm fine..." instead of the truth....Alexithymia
